Nordic Safety and Security (NSS)

is a project funded by the European Regional Development Fund, more specifically an Objective 2 project.

NSS is a platform where the education of police officers, fire engineers and specialized ambulance nurses is discussed, studied and coordinated.

The aim for the NSS project is to create opportunities for development of products and services related to safety, and risk- and crisis management in northern Sweden. Through cooperation between academic research, first responder training programs and industrial partners NSS will become a platform for future international work.
